Born to a race of viscous and violent tigermen, he spent his youth among them, trying not to anger any of them, trying to stay alive. He traveled the world, finding ways to deal with his instincts, and learning many things. Spending time as apprentice to the greatest mages and most learned scholars he learned many things about many subject, until his travels led him to the town of Rosepeak.
There he met a young cattassan woman named Catriona Glenys, and fell in love with her. Together they fulfilled her life-long dream, to have a flower shop, being able to bring joy and beauty to all those that live in Rosepeak. He himself became good friends with the Rosepeak Academy's head mistress, a cattassan woman named Softpaw, who eventually hired him as replacement dean of general studies when the old one quit his job.
He is an accomplished nature mage and a learned scholar who can usually be found either busying himself with the work that being a dean generates, helping Catriona out in the flower shop or studying ancient texts to hone his magical skills.
