Europe, Earth. 1941. War was raging. The evil Axis forces led by the Nazis of Hitler Germany were spewing their mind numbing propaganda, turning innocent men and women into mindless warriors and workers for their dark intentions. Proud young men, brainwashed by the endless streams of meaningless hollow words from the Nazi propaganda machine, picking up arms and fighting for a cause they thought was right. A cause so horrific and unspeakable that history called it the holocaust .. The blackest page in modern history.
One such a proud young man was Lieutenant Gunther Schultz, Luftwaffe pilot and ace of the Battle of Britain. One fateful day, he was returning from a mission to escort bombers on a bombing run, he found himself in some inexplicably bad weather, flying through a thunderstorm in his Messerschmidt 109 G. As he tried to avoid getting hit by lightning and getting rather shaken up by the strong gusts of wind, he saw a bright flash of light, then everything went silent. The storm was over, no more lightning, no more thunder .. But unfortunately, his engine also ceased to function. He bailed out and parachuted down, to see his aircraft crashing and exploding in the distance.
He found himself in a world stranger than fiction, more wondrous than he had ever thought possible, where magic reigned, demons and angels flew and brave warriors and fair maidens went about their every day business. Without a way
to return home, he settled down in this new world, the world of Chaconne, in the town of Rosepeak, and tried to make a life for himself as good and as bad as he could.
He eventually learned of the error of his ways, and of the true hidden agenda of Nazi germany, and met a  woman, so pure and so full of goodness
and life, that it inspired him to a life of nature - loving peace. He learned soon enough that this woman, Kiska Crystalhoof, was a unicorn, a being of purity and goodness, and who taught him more about nature and life in a few weeks than he had ever learned before.
He eventually set out on an epic quest, together with Kiska, whom he had fallen in love with, to find the ancient and legendary lost city of the unicorns, Ancelot. After many hardships they eventually found Ancelot, and a lot more as well. He found his true nature, his true calling. He learned that he had mistakenly been born into a wrong body, that he had the pure and goodhearted Unicorn spirit in him all along, and he was reincarnated into a Unicorn body, dedicating his life to bringing peace to everyone, as the
first priest for the Unicorn God in many centuries.
