The channels on nightstar are open 24/7 . There are not however people rping there 24/7 as we all have lives and need sleep. It's mostly a channel of night folk so your best bet at getting someone "alive" is late at night or realy early morning.

Plans for the third annunal GRI Scarby meet up have not been annouced yet.

There is also a routine Texas Renaissance Festival meetup, in case certain parties cannot make the Scarby gathering.
